Shipping & Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 1–2 days, subject to product availability.
- A delivery charge of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 150.
- Same-day delivery is available at a charge of AED 20 on all orders placed before 12PM.
- All delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
- To initiate a return, please log in to your account and submit a return request against your order.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for products that are unused, in the original condition, and with original packaging and tags.
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.

- For return pickups from a given address, a return fee of AED 15 will be applicable.
- In case of a manufacturing defect, the item will be replaced.
- Returns and refunds are not applicable for lingerie, cosmetics, and fashion accessories due to hygiene reasons.
