- Customers who spend AED 200 or more in a single transaction during the Promotion Period will qualify for cashback.
- Cashback will be calculated according to the applicable spend bracket:

- The maximum cashback is AED 500 per qualifying transaction.
- Cashback will be provided in AED 50 voucher denominations.
- Cashback vouchers are valid from 21 September 2026 until 31 October 2026. Vouchers must be used within the validity period and will expire after 31 October 2026.
- Cashback vouchers can be redeemed on a future purchase with no minimum spend requirement.
- Multiple cashback vouchers may be combined and redeemed in a single transaction.
- Cashback is applicable only to qualifying transactions made at Cotton On Body Palm Jumeirah Mall & City Centre Deira during the Promotion Period.
- The minimum qualifying spend of AED 200 must be met in one single transaction. Multiple transactions cannot be combined to qualify for cashback.
- Transactions below AED 200 do not qualify for cashback.
- In the event of a return or cancellation of items from a qualifying transaction, cashback eligibility may be recalculated based on the revised transaction value. Any cashback vouchers issued against a returned or cancelled transaction may be cancelled or invalidated.
- Cashback vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.
- Cashback cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash value.
- The promotion cannot be combined with any other cashback offer unless otherwise stated.
- Cotton On Body reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion or these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
