Typo Scratch Card Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Spend AED 150 or more in Typo stores UAE in a single transaction to receive a scratch card.
2. Campaign duration: 1-31 Dec, 2025
3. Each scratch card guarantees an assured free gift or discount voucher.
4. After receiving the scratch card, customers must scratch and present it to the cashier to redeem the corresponding reward.
5. Gifts cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash, credit, or any other item.
6. Customers cannot request a different gift or ask for a replacement scratch card.
7. If the scratch card reveals a discount coupon, it may be redeemed at any Typo stores UAE, subject to coupon validity and conditions printed on it. T&Cs of discount coupons are mentioned below
8. In the case of refunds, returns, or cancellations where the final order value falls below the AED 150 spend threshold, the customer will be required to return the gift or discount voucher.
9. Lost scratch cards will not be replaced.
10. Typo reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions of Discount Voucher:

Below T&Cs are for discount voucher received upon scratching the scratch card

1. Customers may receive 15% & 25% discount vouchers after scratching the scratch card.
2. Discount voucher can be used on next purchase only
3. Discount vouchers cannot be combined or clubbed with any existing offers, promotions, or discounts
4. Discount vouchers are valid until 31^st January, 2026.
5. Vouchers must be presented at the time of billing to be redeemed.
6. Vouchers hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
7. Lost or expired vouchers will not be replaced.
8. Typo reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
